  6. Discussion • Your results • Do you think your results are accurate? • When you discussed your results with someone close to you, did they think your results were accurate? • Was there anything you learned from taking the test?

  7. Using your talents • How can your talents be useful in your position as a group leader? • How can your talents contribute to our LCM leadership team? • Are there any ways where you may need additional support? • i.e. from another team member or advisor
