  4. Why it Matters: • Refute claims of idlers in chat rooms • Good anecdotes/examples of Internet usage • Show the incidence of visits to “naughty” and “nice” sites • Demonstrate level of usage • Identify which machines are most active • Discover peak usage hours and days
