There is nothing quite like laying your exhausted body down on your comfortable bed at the end of the day, wrapping yourself tightly in your queen size doona or king size doona and forgetting all your troubles. Agreed? For as relaxing as a good night of sleep is, if you aren’t making the right decisions when it comes to your bedding you may be missing out on some well- deserved shut-eye. That said; we’re about to put some bedding dilemmas to rest by telling you how your choice of bedding — including your Australian wool quilt and mattress topper — can help to improve your sleeping habits. · Body Temperature: An Australian wool quilt is good for every season. It will keep you warm in the winter and comfortable in the summer for consistently good sleep all year round. Naturally, when your body is overheated, you’ll toss and turn trying to cool down. And, when your body is too cold, you’ll get into positions that you wouldn’t normally be in to try and compensate for that loss of heat. The result? You’ll have a bad night sleep in both instances.

It shouldn’t be stiff, too heavy, itchy or uncomfortable. As you can see, your choice of bedding plays a big part in your quality of sleep.
