  9. EN 15085-2 CL1 Medel Elektronik has qualifiedwithTS EN ISO 9001:2008 certificatebased on highqualitypermenance on 31.01.2003. Theprotection of electronicdevicesagainstelectrostaticeffects, the TSE-EN 61340-5-2 operationswereto be finished in thefirstquater of2012. Qualitycertificate of International RailwayStandardization, TSI, IRIS and EN 15085-2 CL1 certificatearecompleted, but CE (TUV) certificateworksarestillto be prepared. Togetherwithabovementionedcertificates, Medel is awardedwithQualityCompliancecertificateby TSE, 11 pieces of DesignConfirmationand 9 pieces of Utiliy Model certificateby TPE.

  10. SECTOR 1 • ORIGINAL PRODUCTS AC MOTOR VEKTOR SPEED CONTROL DEVICES Medel provides AC motor speed control device starting from 250W mono-phase till 1.4 MW three-phase input. Software is to be designed with 32 bit microprocessor from MITSUBISHI. There are torque, winder, unwinder, tension type in new generation vectoral devices. Apart from Turkish, there also are 3 different language option in order to easliy be used in different countries.

  11. ORIGINAL PRODUCTS DC MOTOR SPEED CONTROL DEVICES It is produced between 750 watt and 2 MW. DC motor drivers are designed according to shunt motor. If it is required, compound or serial motor drivers can be manufactured.

  12. ORIGINAL PRODUCTS WINDER, UNWINDER AND TENSION CONTROL DEVICE It provides to proper winder by measuring of the product on roller through loadcell, with PID controlled set value. It is used on gravure, flexo, lamination, and film machines. Due to tension control losing material to be minimized and quality to be increased to maximum level.

It provides to keep the material on requested line with its 0,01mm sensitivity .Dıt is used on slicing, lamination, flexo, plastic bag films, paper winding and unwinding machines.

  16. ORIGINAL PRODUCTS REGISTER PRINTING CONTROL Due to both mechanical problems and temperature problems of the material on printing machines, there is material movement on the system. In such cases, the synchronization between the colors is to be provided by register control system. Printing shifts is to be read by point reading with 0,01 sensitivity on speed of 800 meter/min, from 1 color to 12 color, system provides reliable and full production

  17. ORIGINAL PRODUCTS It provides to be seen the material on. printing machine. Operator can see the material as a lenght of 60 meter/min. Above this limit, the material cannot be seen by operator. It carries the image from the set point to PC display in order to operator to see the printing in a good view. This helps to improve the reliability of printed material. It is used on flexo, gravure and quality control machines. CAMERA CONTROL

  18. ORIGINAL PRODUCTS AC – AC CONVERTER / SUPPLY UNIT It is used as power supply of ship at shipyards. It can be converted as 3x380V/50Hz, 3x440V/60Hz full sinusoidal. Nominal Power : 1MW Power out : 1.5MW – 5 min. Cooling : cooling with sea water Output : adjustable as 400V – 500V with 50Hz – 60Hz.

  19. ORIGINAL PRODUCTS AC MOTOR TEST SYSTEM “Asynchronous Motor Test System”, is to be improved in order to test asynchronous motors, receive the results of test and monitoring them. It is possible to make M/n Measurement, regime test, re-measuring and free measurement.

  21. AUTOMATION APPLICATIONS SIZE-CUT SYSTEM Size-cut system can be made as single or double servo. 1m ±0.5mm sensitivity size-cut can be made depending on mechanic. In this application axe synchronously works with its hammer. Line speed slows in a parellel way of the size.

  22. AUTOMATION APPLICATION SERVO SYSTEMS WITH AXIS CONTROLLED The system can be commissioned with high speed and sensitivity when axis controlled servo systems to be used. The entire ease of use for operator is to be provided by operator panel.

  23. AUTOMATION APPLICATIONS GUILLOTINE CUTTING SYSTEM The completed automation of unwinder, rectifier, traction (with servo motor) and other existing elements is to be done at the guillotine cutting (upcut) system. It can cut 30 pcs/min. with 1m ±0.2mm depending on the mechanic.

  24. AUTOMATION APPLICATIONS ROTARY CUTTING SYSTEM This program was made in order to cut corrugated cardboard, paper, carton, plate etc. without stopping the production line. As a result of applied applications, the system is capable to go over 140m / min. over the 1 m lenght materials.

RAILWAY APPLICATIONS TRACTION MOTOR TEST UNIT It is completed in Tulomsas-Eskisehir for the traction motors to be used in the project namely Marmaray. 240 pieces of high efficiency and high technology AC traction motor manufacting requested by Rotem Company is to be made by Tulomsas. Type and routine test of these AC traction motors are to made by the test system manufactured by Medel Elektronik.
