Rapid Deployment UOC is designed for maximum deployment flexibility using a ‘T3’ design: Tents, Trailers, Transit Cases This is a Infantry Battalion Level Capability Set The CapSet III, for Regimental use, is comprised of more of these same basic components. Many Transit Cases Uniform design Weatherproof Man-portable Transit Cases adapt to deployment on all AIRCRAFT, SHIPS, VEHICLES, ETC. CapSet IV(M): Task Organized, Man-Portable CapSet Configuration.     6. Operational Trailer TAILGATE OPERATIONS. The operational trailer is the key to the COC Common Module design. The design is based upon the M1102 trailer, towed primarily by the M1123 HMMWV The trailer is modified to incorporate a rack structure for mounting the operational Transit Cased (TC) equipment. Additional operational TCs reside on the trailer bed with storage for tent furnishings, lights, etc. beneath the rack. The Operational Trailer provides the necessary equipment and cabling for the COC. Secure Network – WAN, LAN, server Non-Secure Network – WAN, LAN, Server RAID Servers UPS 8 Operator Workstations, Intercom, Tables OTM Capability (Using Unit Provided EPLRS, VRC-92, PSC-5) Public Address System Transit Cased modules Stay in the trailer to establish COC Reducing the setup / tear-down time In operational configuration Transit cases interconnected with cable harnesses permanently installed on rack. The General Dynamics Network Systems has one performance metric of Turnaround Time but not incentive SPAWAR Charleston coordination Transportation, SMEs Working on metrics but no incentives.
