Academic Programs Full-time MBA Executive MBA PhD DBA Full-time MBA ACADEMIC PROGRAMS Management of Technology (MOT) to develop managers with an international perspective who can manage technology strategically in order to ensure organizational competitiveness and growth in a dynamic technological and business environment. International Business (IB) to develop managers who are globally-oriented, adaptable to sudden and discontinuous changes, flexible, fast-learning and team-oriented, have functional depth, with significant application capabilities and have entrepreneurial spirit. International Public Management (IPM) to educate a core group of future leaders of the public services and enterprises, and not-for-profit development organizations by providing the relevant management knowledge and competency in effectively addressing the specific challenges of managing public and development organizations in the region.

Academic Programs Full-time MBA Executive MBA PhD DBA • PhD Programs ACADEMIC PROGRAMS SOM Full-time PhD Program • Objectives: • Strong analytical skills to rigorously develop ideas • Broad knowledge of current thinking in business areas • Ability to communicate idea development to others • Encourage creative thinking of business issues • Currently there are about 52 PhD students in SOM, AIT. • 48 PhD graduates of SOM engaged in teaching, research and corporate jobs.

Academic Programs Full-time MBA Executive MBA PhD DBA • PhD Programs ACADEMIC PROGRAMS SOM Full-time PhD Program • Objective: To improve the capability of the teaching staff of the Vietnamese partner universities. • Non-residential PHD program • Launched with support of the SDC (Swiss Agency for Development Corporation) under the SAV (Swiss-AIT-Vietnam) • Currently there are 25 PhD students in two batches.
