Somerville Baseball, Inc – Who are We? • Established in 1953, Somerville Baseball, Inc. is a local non-profit organization, run 100% by community volunteers. • Our Mission is to provide Somerville Boys and Girls with the Best Baseball experience of their lives. • In 2008, we had over 120 players, ages 7-15. • These players formed 10 Somerville teams across four divisions (Eastern, American National, East/West and Jr. Pony) • The regular season runs from mid-April to late June. • All home games are played at Exchange Field on Green Street. • In 2008, we also played home/away games against Raritan, Bradley Gardens and Manville.

Somerville Baseball, Inc – Sponsors Needed We need your help and support to help keep the league running. • Local sponsors are an integral part of our baseball programs. • On average, each team costs $1500 to complete a 12 game season. • Our operating costs include uniforms, umpires, equipment and insurance. For 2010, we have a variety of sponsorship options available. All sponsors will be: • Added to our webpage (somervilebaseballinc.com) listing of all sponsors. • Included in our opening day and season ending awards ceremony programs. • Announced during our opening day and season ending ceremonies.

Somerville Baseball, Inc – 2010 Sponsorships On Field Sponsorships Team Sponsorships (10-14 available) - $350, includes: • Sponsor name or Logo on the back of each player uniform • Commemorative plaque at end of season • Typically 12 players per team, 12 games per season Ceremony Sponsorships Opening Day Sponsor (1 available) - $1,000, includes: • Front page announcement on Opening Day program • Full page ad within program • Representative from sponsor to participate in ceremony Season Ending Awards Picnic Sponsor (1 available) - $1,000, includes: • Front page announcement on Season Ending program • Full page ad within program • Representative from sponsor to participate in ceremony

Somerville Baseball, Inc – 2010 Sponsorships General Sponsorship (new for 2009) General Sponsors (unlimited) - $100, includes: • Sponsor name and contact info on website listing of all sponsors. • Small print ad (3”x4.5”) in our opening day and awards ceremony programs. • Announced during our opening and season ending ceremonies. Website Sponsorships (new for 2009) Full Season Website Header (1 available) - $500, includes: • One year headline ad on somervillebaseballinc.com • 24hr/365day exposure Full Season Website SideBar (2 available) - $300, includes: • One year sidebar ad on somervillebaseballinc.com • 24hr/365day exposure

  6. Somerville Baseball, Inc – 2010 Sponsorships Snack Shack Signage Our Snack Shack is a focal point for all SBI home games. Open at least twice a week, for 10 week season. We have two or three fields in use, with over 50 in-town and out-of-town players and their families. (That is at least 1,000 views per season) Lawn Sign at Shack (four available) - $200, includes • Print and setup costs for 18”x27” two-sided sign with sponsor logo • Displayed on lawn, near picnic tables during all Snack Shack times Window Sign at Shack (two available) - $200, includes • Print and setup costs for 18”x27” two-sided sign with sponsor logo • Displayed at one of two shack windows, during all Snack Shack times

Somerville Baseball, Inc – 2010 Sponsorships Parade Sponsorships Patriots Parade Wagon (1 available) - $200, includes • Print and setup costs for 18”x27” two-sided sign with sponsor logo • Displayed on wagon during Patriots downtown parade. Wagon carries water for players and coaches participating in parade. Promo Item Sponsorships Sports Bottle w/Promo (1 available) - $300, includes • Print and setup costs for sports bottle with SBI and sponsor logo • Distributed to all Somerville players
