  1. THE INVESTMENT PROJECT “REHABILITATION AND MODERNISATION OF WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS IN BUZAU COUNTY”

  2. The project consists in infrastructue works for water and wastewater in the agglomerations Buzau, Rm. Sarat, Pogoanele, Patarlagele si Nehoiu. The total investment value is about 99.8 million Euro and will be co-financing from Cohesion Funds from European Union. The implemented perioud is 2010-2013 Agglomeration: An area where the inhabitants/companies are sufficient concentrated for realisation of a proper collection and treatment of the wastewater.

  3. PROPOSED INVESTMENT WORKS BUZAU agglomeration The agglomeration is represented by Buzau Municipality Water systems No works are forseen • Sewerage systems • Replacement of 3.7 Km. sewerage collector • Construction of tertiary treatment for the WWTP • Implementation of SCADA System

PROPOSED INVESTMENT WORKS POGOANELE agglomeration The agglomeration is represented by Pogoanele town Water systems Rehabilitation of 2 existing wells Construction of 3 new wells Rehabilitation of 2 existing reservoirs Costruction of a new water treatment plant Rehabilitation of 3.5 Km. water network Extension with 19 Km. water network Implementation of SCADA System • Sewerage systems • Rehabilitation of 800m. sewerage network • Extension with 22 Km. sewerage network • Rehabilitation of the WWTP • Implementation of SCADA System

Sarat Municipality, Valea Ramnicului, Oreavu, Plevna, Posta, Topliceni Water systems Rehabilitation of 5 existing wells Construction of 2 new wells Rehabilitation of water treatment plants Rehabilitation of existing reservoirs Extension with 9 Km. water network Implementation of SCADA System • Sewerage systems • Rehabilitation of 10.5 Km. sewerage network • Extension with 31 Km. sewerage network • Rehabilitation of the WWTP • Implementation of SCADA System

PROPOSED INVESTMENT WORKS NEHOIU agglomeration The agglomeration is represented by Nehoiu, Nehoiasu, Paltineni, Lunca Priporului, Basca Rozilei Water systems Rehabilitation of the water treatment plant Construction of 10 Km. water main (Siriu-Nehoiu) Extension with 9.3 Km. water network Construction of a new reservoir in Nehoiu. Implementation of SCADA System • Sewerage systems • Rehabilitation of 3 Km. sewerage network • Extension with 31 Km. sewerage network • Construction of a new WWTP • Implementation of SCADA System

PROPOSED INVESTMENT WORKS PATARLAGELE agglomeration The agglomeration is represented by Patarlagele, Crang, Muscel, Fundaturile Water systems Rehabilitation of water treatment plant Construction of a new reservoir - Construction of 5 Km. water main Extension with 12 Km. water network Implementation of SCADA System • Sewerage systems • Extension with 15 Km. sewerage network • -Rehabilitation of the WWTP • Implementation of SCADA System
