International Benchmarkingofan industrial area • Aim: benchmarking the area at internationallevel; • Tool: Check list with a scoringsystem (Excel based) to (self) evaluate the initial status of the Industrial area with regard to the mostrelevantaspects: Management system, centralizedinfrastructures and innovative services, eco-efficiency of industrial buildings, logistics and mobility management, involvement of enterprises, communication and green marketing.
