Within the Reiki training he places strong spiritual emphasis on stilling the mind, connecting to source, dissolving the ego and becoming soft and non resistant like water. Leading you to a highly elevated, yet safely grounded place where you channel the powerful flow of energy. Sharing techniques and demonstrations of working with ‘chi’ are part of his unique formula within the certification courses to build a strong foundation and confidence, leading to dignified poise. Jon founded the H20 Yoga and Meditation Center in May 2011 and has led more than 90 x retreats and trainings.

The H2O Yoga and Meditation Retreat Center is a sanctuary for everyone. There are no motorized vehicles. The main means of transportation are bicycles and horse & cart. The island invites you to immerse yourself in a slower, more even paced, mindful way of being.
