  7. Comparison • All have long-term average crossed by rising short-term average • General trend proved have ability to reach high value • High trading volume • Reasonable P/E ratio

Relating information to period of effect Short term (several days) Middle term (around a year) RMB will rise (I believe)  support price Some bad news may come out due to the new evaluation on loans to local government during 2009 The agreement on giving out loans to Greece by EU may have bad news due to rejection by respective parliament • Less expectation on increasing value of RMB soon  press down prices • European’s problem sounds at ease  less pessimisms in general market

How is the result? • Buy at $0.9at Jan 2010 1-25 • Why? • Li Ka Shing buy at $0.9 a month before •  Long-term guaranteed •  I don’t think he will be more stupid than me • When this news is first come out, price went to $1.53, but then it back to $1.05 – $1.30 • From both statistic view and informative judgment it is lucrative  Buy • Forecast: it may rise to $4-$5in short run
