Competition • Truck-Bedzzz is a small company the only sells blowup mattress for a price that is higher than ours. • Our company is better than theirs and will surpass them because we sell air mattress for cheaper. • Our company also gives you an option of buying the canopies so you can actually sleep in the back of your truck.

Potential problems & solutions • Problem: Low sales • Solution: Expand into other parts of the world, try to lower cost, and/or advertise on TV • Problem: Air mattress deflating • Solution: We have a fan built into the mattress so with a switch of a button it starts and inflates • Problem: No space to pack bags because of the air mattress • Solution: Deflate the mattress, put the bags on top, after you have reached your destination take your bags out and inflate the mattress
