  2. Location Options • We’ve narrowed down our viable locations to four options: • 35 Island Ave, Miami Beach • 450 Palm Desert Drive, Ft. Lauderdale • 728 Orange Tree Lane, Ft. Lauderdale • 38 Hialeah Parkway, Miami

  3. Cost Breakdown • Because of it’s “hot” location, Miami Beach is the most expensive. We have to decide if we’re willing to pay for that. • Fort Lauderdale is a less-expensive option, and still fits into our younger demographic. • Downtown Miami sits in the middle.
