About Roasted Cocoa Beans • Roasted cocoa beans have a more attractive aroma and flavor than none roasted. • Roasted cocoa beans undergo important chemical changes influence the process of flavor development. • The cocoa beans have some strong characteristic flavor, smell and nutritional benefits.

After fermentation, the beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted. • The shell is removed to produce cacao nibs, which are ground to cocoa mass, pure chocolate in rough form.
