Hotels and Rating Systems • There are almost as many rating systems out there as there are hotels so be sure to research and compare • Many rating systems these days are based on user ratings which can be very bias because it is more likely you will give a rating if you were not satisfied with the hotel • Don’t assume a high rating will mean it meets your personal standards.

Flights • When looking to go on vacation it is tempting to go with the cheap flights available; however this might not be exactly what you want • Make sure you read all the details of the flight before you finalize the booking. You don’t want to end up on a flight with three lay overs. • Details to watch: • Actual airport • Amount of layovers • Seat select • Departure and arrival times
