  2. Aston Martin is a British manufacturer of luxury sports cars, based in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The company’s name derives from the race Aston Clinton Hill Climb and the name of one of the founders, Lionel Martin. HISTORY Aston Martin Company was founded in 1914 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford, who had previously engaged in the sale of Singer cars. Martin also held a racing car on a hill mountain Aston Hill near Aston Clinton village. Martin and Bamford decided to produce their own racing cars, a better quality of Singers. Placed in a workshop production in London, a company created from Aston Hill and the names of Martin. The first car produced in March 1915, but later there was a pause caused by the war. HISTORY Company founder, Walter Owen Bentley had dreamed to create auto racing, which would be the best in its class. The first car built in 1919. It was a Bentley 3 liters, and presented it to the public two years later. On the sporting successes we had to wait until 1924 and 1927, when they won the car race at Le Mans.
