Initial Study Reports • Draft Study Reports in preparation • Initial Study Reports due 1/21/10 are not required by FERC to be Draft Study Reports • LPP Management Committee proposed to file as many Draft Study Reports as possible to accelerate overall project schedule • Draft Study Reports will be provided to LPP Management Committee as they are completed in November and December • Draft Study Reports not completed by 1/21/10 will be provided to FERC/agencies as they are completed following internal reviews
