  2. Wikis • Wikis are miniature “Wikipedia's” • Any member can make edits • Web-based tool that navigates like a regular website. • Each wiki is password protected and by invitation only • Primarily used for new and/or existing Sourcing teams Cooperative WIKIs

  3. Wikis My Role • I create and manage all wikis • I invite all team members • Each member receives 2 emails, one from me and one from www.wikispaces.com • I can monitor each wiki or hand over control to the contract lead. Cooperative WIKIs

Wiki Benefits • Updates in Real-Time • When a sourcing team member or I makes a change, an email notification is automatically generated and sent to all team members • This eliminates the multiple email chains asking for changes on a document and having to keep track of the latest update from each team member. • The wiki also stores all changes/deletions • I can recover all changes/deletions Cooperative WIKIs
