  3. Fine tune the procedure Procedure What to do: • Research the procedure • Test the procedure • Write the procédure How to do: • Make a backup of the live site • Restore the backup in a test environment • Test the procedure and write the order in which the operations must be executed Page :2

Apply the procedure Procedure Apply • Redo a backup in case where data are modified • Example forum • Repeat the written procedure in the live environment Remark:Despite of all the tests, it is possible that you will still have problems in production, but those will be minimized and therefore the downtime of the site will be reduced.
