    15. En el marco del Acta 289 de la CILA, se realizaron Estudios Conjuntos para analizar la calidad del agua en los Ríos Colorado y Nuevo. Los estudios permiten identificar zonas con problemas de calidad del agua, definir acciones de remediación y observar el impacto benéfico de las obras de saneamiento construídas. Permiten observar el progreso de los programas de infraestructura apoyados por COCEF.
