  4. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Christa Rose has built analytics practices at some of the world's largest full-service agencies, as well as at cutting-edge data start-ups. Christa’s client list includes Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Accenture, AT&T, Edelman, Target, Heineken, Esteé Lauder Companies, TaylorMade Golf, General Mills, McCann, Zappos, and more. Christa heads marketing analytics agency Action Point Consulting, and consults on next-generation marketing analytics. She is a speaker and subject matter expert on topics such as big data integration, IoT and user experience, predictive analytics for engagement, digital brand management, crisis mitigation in a social world, and the future of analytics for business. Previous experience includes creating big data analytics programs for clients as Vice President of Client Accounts at Sprinklr, building a global digital analytics practice as Vice President and Head of Global Digital Analytics at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and serving as policy lead on targeted advertising at Dell, Inc. Christa holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in multimedia journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. She received a master’s degree, with specialization in Information, Innovation, and Technology, from the Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs, where she also earned a portfolio in Nonprofit Studies. Leadership roles include a rotation as Eben Tisdale Public Policy Fellow at the Information Technology Association of America in Washington, D.C., working as Chair of the Production and Selection Committee for the LBJ Journal of Public Affairs, contributing as a member of the Barbara Jordan National Forum committee, and serving as a director on the Board of Texas Network of Youth Services.
