  1. The Pasta Project: 6 Course Menu Pasta undeniably rules the food world. Pasta is one food item that is preferred by everybody, regardless of the age. In fact, so strong is the love for pasta that people can have it without a flicker a doubt for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While pasta lovers can vouch for its versatility and dynamicity, this blog is for those who run away from pasta. Here we have taken up a five-course Pasta Menu challenge wherein we will present you 5 meals based on pasta. Don’t worry, we assure, they are going to be different and just as good as the previous one. Believe us when we say this, after reading this blog, you’d tempted to prepare a bowl of steaming hot pasta for yourself. We bet! So let’s get started: Course 1: AMUSE BOUCHE/Mini Appetizers These are single-serve, bite-sized snacks served complimentary as chef’s exclusive preparations. These are a warm way to welcome guests for dinner and represent the chef’s cooking style. You can prepare pasta based amuse bouche in many ways. Roll up some cooked spaghetti in a fork and place cube of cheese dipped in spaghetti sauce, or take a giant macaroni and fill the shell with a thick sauce.   2. Course 2: SOUP The second course generally consists of a Soup. We all love a hearty bowl of warm soup, don’t we? Well, you can supplement your soup with the goodness of pasta like macaroni. Not only will the macaroni enhance the flavour of the pasta, but it also acts as a good source of fibre, macaroni manufacturers in India would agree to this fact. You can prepare a pasta soup in countless ways, from bean and pasta to chicken and pasta soup. Use your ingredients in unlimited ways and create wonder in a bowl. Course 3: ENTREE Many confuse this course for the main dish; however, an entrée is a starter. Entrée is the European word for an appetizer. An entrée is served just before the main course of the meal. They are hot, delicious, and prep up your stomach for the main meal. Pasta entrees can be many kinds. You can prepare mac & cheese fried balls and serve it with a dip, or you can toss the spaghetti in pesto and place it into empty tomato cups, or prepare chili cheese mini pasta pies. The choice is yours! Course 4: SALAD Post the entrée; the following course consists of either a salad or a cold preparation. In some parts of the world, the salad is served after the main meal, but common practice is to serve it before. The idea is to tweak the health quotient towards vegetables, away from the protein. While many may not prefer salad, however, nobody says no to pasta salad. In fact, they are a fantastic way to induce your kids into healthy eating. Just chop some colorful vegetables, add boiled pasta of your choice, garnish it with seasonings and voila! Your bowl of goodness is ready. Course 5: MAIN MEAL That’s the thing about elaborate meals, by the time we come to the main course we are almost full, aren’t we? Yet it’s difficult to resist the scrumptious main dish that is calling us with its aroma. Coming to pasta recipes, I am sure we all are aware of many pasta recipes that qualify as the main dish.
