Substàncies de la saliva • La saliva esta composada de: • 98% d’ aigua. • Electrolits: sodi, potassi, calci, magnesi, clorur, bicarbonat i fosfat. • Moc: mucopolisacàrids i glicoproteïnes. • Compostos antibacterians. • Enzimas: • -Amilassa: comença la digestió de l’almidó mentre és a la boca. • -Lisozima:trenca la membrana de les bacteries. • Cèl·lules • Opiorfina
