HELMAND GOOD NEWS STORY 22 Jan 2013District community council formed in Nawa district, Helmand The problems of the civilians will be ended with making of district community council in Nawa district of Helmand province. District community council was formed in the district through the election process. Deputy Governor for Helmand province, Masood Ahmad Bakhtawar, Authorities for the named district and thousands of the residents for the district participated in the meeting. The council members were selected through free election during three days. Almost 6000 people from seven Zones of the district were listed and 5000 of whom participated in the election process and as a result 42 members for the DCC (district community council) were elected through election. 6 members for DCC are selected from each zone and in total 42 members for the DCC were selected. Deputy Governor said in the DCC election ceremony; “making of the DCCs in the districts are the most important and he added development and construction process can be run and managed well through the DCC.” The director for the DCC will also be selected by the members of the DCC in near coming time and as well two other appointed members will also be introduced to the DCC one from the side of Helmand governor and other from the side of DG (district governor) of the named district.

HELMAND GOOD NEWS STORY 22 Jan 2013د هلمند په ناوې ولسوالى كې به د ټولنيزې شورا په جوړيدوسره د پرمختگ چارې نورې هم گړندى شي نوموړې شورا تيره اونى په نوموړې ولسوالى كې د يولړمراسموپه ترڅ كې چې د هلمند د والي مرستيا مسعود احمد بختورد نوموړې ولسوالى مسؤلينواوزرگونواوسيدونكوگډون درلود د آزادوټاكنوله لارې د دريوورځوپه اوږدوكې جوړه شوه. ددې شورا د ټاكنولپاره د ناوې ولسوالى د ۷ حوزوڅخه ټول ۶۰۰۰ تنونومونه ليكلي وچې په ټاكنوكې ۵۰۰۰ كسانوبرخه واخيسته اوپه ترڅ كې يې ۴۲ تنه د شورا غړي وټاكل شول. په ټاكل شويوكسانوكې له هرې حوزې څخه شپږتنه ټاكل شوي چې د غړوټوليزه شميره ۴۲ كسانوته رسيږي. ددې شورا د جوړيدوپه مراسموكې د هلمند د والي مرستيال مسعود احمد بختورد شوراگانوجوړول اړين وبلل اوزياته يې كړه چې د پرمختگ اوبيا رغونې چارې د همدې شوراگانوله لارې په ښه ډول پرمخ تللى شي. د يادونې وړده چې ددې شورا مشرتابه به په نږدې راتلونكي كې د شورا د غړولخوا وټاكل شي اونوموړې شورا ته دوه تنه نورغړي د هلمند د والي اويوتن د ناوې د ولسوال لخوا په انتصابي ډول ورپيژندل كيږي.

HELMAND GOOD NEWS STORY 22 Jan 2013امورپيشرفت درولسوالى ناوه ولايت هلمند با ايجاد شوراى اجتماعى سريعترخواهد شد امورپيشرفت درولسوالى ناوه ولايت هلمند با ايجاد شوراى اجتماعى سريعترخواهد شد اين شورا هفته قبل درين ولسوالى طى يك سلسله مراسم كه درآن مسعود احمد بختورمعاون والى هلمند،مسؤلين ولسوالى ياد شده وهزارهاتن باشنده گان اين ولسوالى اشتراك داشت ازطريق انتخابات ازاد درطى سه روزايجاد گرديد. براى انتخابات اين شورا ازهفت حوزه ولسوالى ناوه ۶۰۰۰ هزارتن ثبت نام كرده بودند كه درانتخابات ۵۰۰۰ تن اشتراك كرد و۴۲ تن اعضاى شورا تعيين نمود. دراشخاص تعيين شده ازهرحوزه شش نفرانتخاب شده است كه مجموع اعضاى منتخب به ۴۲ تن ميرسد. درمراسم اين شورا مسعود احمد بختورمعاون والى هلمند ايجاد شورا ها گام مهم خواند وافزود كه امورپيشرفت وبازسازى ازطريق شوراها به وجه احسن به پيش برده ميشود. قابل ياد آوريست كه براى انتخاب رئيس اين شورا درآينده نزديك دربين اعضاى شورا اتنخابات صورت ميگرد وتعيين ميگردد وبراى اين شورا دوتن ديگرازسوى والى هلمند ويك تن ازسوى ولسوال ناوه به حيث اعضاى انتصابى معرفى ميگردد.
