  13. FAQ’s Q: My target time for move in is 7:00 am, when should I schedule my labor? A: We recommend scheduling labor for that afternoon, or even for the 8:00 am call the next morning, just to be sure your freight is in your booth before your labor starts. Please confirm your labor at the labor desks located adjacent to the PES Service Centers.

  14. FAQ’s Q: My target time for move in is 12:30 pm, when should I schedule my labor? A: We recommend scheduling labor for the 8:00 am call the next morning, as your freight may not be delivered in time to start labor that afternoon. Please confirm your labor at the labor desks located adjacent to the PES Service Centers.

  15. FAQ’s Q: What are the hours of operation for the Marshalling Yard? A: The Marshalling Yard is open from 5:00 am – 3:00 pm during Move In and Move Out. See section 6 of the Online Service Center for more information.

  16. FAQ’s Q: My target time is 7:00 am, what time does my driver need to check in? A: Exhibitors with a 7:00 am target time should have their drivers check in between 3:00 am and 7:00 am. Exhibitors with a 12:30 pm target time should have their drivers check in between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm.

  17. FAQ’s Q: After my driver checks in, how long will it take my freight to arrive in my booth? A: The entire process may take several hours. All contacts in PES’s system will receive an Instant Freight Update at each of the three stages of unloading: • Driver is checked in at the Marshalling Yard • Driver is dispatched to building • Freight is delivered to the booth Once the driver is dispatched to offload it may take 1-2 hours for the freight to be delivered to your booth. Please plan accordingly to take advantage of the free one-time spot.

  18. FAQ’s Q: Does someone need to be present in my booth for the free one-time spot? A: Yes! You must be in the booth at the time of delivery in order to take advantage of the free one-time spot. Any additional rigging or booth work will be at the exhibitors’ expense. Any freight which requires assembly, unskidding, uncrating, stacking, or special equipment for loading and anything that makes your machine non-show ready, is NOT eligible for the free one-time spot. Additional rigging charges may apply.

  19. FAQ’s Q: Are there electrical transformers available? A: Yes! You may rent a transformer, or bring your own. Notes: • If you need a Hertz converter, please bring your own. • No air compressors are allowed on the show floor.

  20. FAQ’s If you have additional questions, just give your CAM a call! You can reach us at 972-751-9400. Select option 2, then listen for your booth range, and press the corresponding number. Then, you’ll be transferred to your CAM.
