Vendor Application and Information . 1st Annual Vendor Fair Date: Saturday, November 15, 2014Time: 9 am to 2 pmPlace: Rochester Community Center 150 Wakefield Street Rochester, NHCost: $35.00 per 8’ x 4’ space Additional $10 if requiring electricity Important Items of Note: • You must provide your own tables and/or display materials. • Set up will be from 8:00-9:00 a.m. • Break down will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m. • Venue is handicap accessible. • Vendor is requested to donate an item for silent auction or door prize use. • All spaces are assigned first come/first serve w/payment. Granite State Choral Society is a 501c3 non profit. Your donation is fully tax deductible and a receipt for your donation is available upon request. Monies raised by this event will be used towards updating our women’s concert attire for our 40th Anniversary Season Gala on March 28, 2015 No refunds after October 15, 2014.
