  2. Students introduce themselves by completing an “All About Me Chart” and sharing it with the group

  4. Students participate in a group activity to build the boa constrictor from our thematic story “The Kapok Tree”

  13. INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS Middle school/High school students preparing to make their lunch

  14. Students use their optical devices to read regular text Students were encouraged to use and talk about their optical devices. They shared their experiences and how they feel about using them around their classmates.

  15. USING DEVICES IN AND OUT OF THE CLASSROOM

  16. Learning about different graduation/career paths

  17. Students took a trip to the McAllen Convention Center and STC Students were able to take a tour of the STC pecan campus. They had an opportunity to sit in a rhetoric class with college students.

  18. LUNCH TIME Students work together to prepare spaghetti for their lunch meal.
