  3. Objective: To improve electronic distribution and fulfilment of tour operator product to agents and consumers by identifying, agreeing and publishing necessary business processes and standards. To represent, inform and educate on behalf of its members.

  4. Launched April 2003 • 22 members across Europe • Include tour operators, supplier & travel technology companies • Members include Accor, Cosmos, Galileo, Hertz, Eurostar

  5. Seven-strong management committee of directors • Established two working groups • Travel Supplier to Tour Operator • Tour Operator to Distribution Channel • Members have the right to join the working groups
