  31. Security Checklists are used to track and monitor the distribution and receipt of secure materials. Security Checklists • Districts elect whether schools use electronic or paper security checklists. • Security Checklists contain spaces to: • Sign out and sign in materials to/from TAs and STCs • Indicate the date materials were packaged for return • Record notes to indicate if materials were damaged, destroyed, etc.

Large Print Form A-LP • Preprinted answer documents are provided separately. • Student marks multiple-choice answers for all tests in large print test booklet; the TA must transcribe all multiple-choice responses into the answer document for March and May. • For March Day 1 Writing, student writes extended-response in large-print test booklet.
