Import a file in MS Access. 1. Click on External Data. 2. Click on Text File/Excel. 3. Click on Browse to select the file. 4. Select Append a copy and choose table. 6. Click on next (Delimited preselected). 7. Click on Next (Tab/Comma preselected). 8. Click on Finish.
