  1. 3 a side football tournament Date: 5thoctober & 7thoctober Venue: decathlon sarjapur ground Time: 3:00 pm onwards on 5thoctober. [Timings can be adjusted on 5thoctober for people working in office] Format : knouckout system. Entry fee : Rs 500 per team.

  2. Rules and regulations • Each team will comprise of 3 players and 1 substitutes. • Duration of the game will be 7 minutes per half. • Limited entry of only 16 teams. • There will be no goalkeeper allowed. • Smaller goalpost (KAGE) will be used. • In front of each goal, there will be a decathlon zone. • If any player steps in the decathlon zone a penalty kick will be awarded to the opponent team. • Penalty will be a one bounce shoot from the centre line into the goal. • Incase of a draw there will be a shoot out. • Refree decision will be final decision • Any teams fighting on the ground with refree or opponent player will be disqualified from the tournament. • Rollings substitutions will be allowed.
