  1. bibi28 BiBi2U, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and is one of the handful crypto currency exchanges in Taiwan. To help with BiBi2U’s crypto exchange launch in Greater China, we had to build out their sales and customer support services in both Telegram and WeChat.   2. Although Growthbotics’ NLU framework is multi-lingual, each language needs to be individually trained with specific set of database and syntax. After building out the database, we wrote our bot response logic for the buttons and customer inputs. You can find a sample of the logic below: Eventually, we were able to release our AI Blockchain Chat Assistance in both messaging applications, We Chat and Telegram in time for Bibi2u’s crypto currency exchange launch date.
