STANDARD CONTRACT FORUM SESSION • SIA Contract Documentation update • Briefing 336-09 on 21 October 2009 announced the withdrawal of FRIACO • Briefing 345-09 (SCF Contract Information Note 61) on 16 December 2009 announced the withdrawal of SIA Contract Documentation: • Schedule 393 – Operator FRIACO IP Network Calls at BT DLEs • Schedule 396 – Operator Single Tandem FRIACO IP Network Calls at BT Tandems • Suggestion that address consequential revisions to Annex A (Planning and Operations Annex) as part of an SIA 2010 General Contract Review, if there is one

STANDARD CONTRACT FORUM SESSION Updated AIT: Effective date • 1 March 2010 notified as Effective Date for new process • Reminder session at October IPF/SCF session; further reminder today • BT has drafted guidance for ONO/TNO per Ofcom requirement. Briefing to be circulated this week inviting comments on draft • NOTE: Process clarification – Call traffic occurring from 1 March 2010 will be dealt with under the new definition of AIT and new Annex E process; February 2010 call traffic will be dealt with under the old definition of AIT, but notices issued in March before 14th AIT calendar day will be dealt with under new process (to include direct ONO/TNO contact for suspected AIT on transited calls, facilitated by BT supplying ONO and TNO with respective contacts when passing on the A1 Retention Notice)

STANDARD CONTRACT FORUM SESSION 2008 SIA Contract Review • Liability meeting held 24 September (also for MSA and PPC) – also discussed SIA Contract Amendment process, TUPE and Force Majeure: CP and BT actions ongoing • The outstanding product/finance issues (Carrier Price List practice, Retrospection, Adjustment and Default Interest Rates, Periods for Billing/challenging bills) discussed at 21 October IPF. CP action to flag if wish to continue • BT “clear-the-decks” exercise: 14/12 BT proposal to proceed with issues deemed non-contentious • Single CP response 16/01. Largely agreed with “clear-the-decks”; suggested pursue CPL/Pricing/OCCN issues via OCCN Manual review; suggested drop other issues bar MSA escalation issues (note: i.e. Oftel interest rate for SIA) • Discussion at IPF today

STANDARD CONTRACT FORUM SESSION BTW Credit Vet Review • BTW Credit Vet Policy review launchedAugust 2009 • BT circulated consolidated list of CP issues 25 September • BT initial responses 13 October • Meeting with interested CPs 15 October • 9 November notes and initial comments to active CPs (and copied to msa@ukcta) • BT Policy redraft to active CPs (and copied to msa@ukcta) on 12 January • CP responses awaited
