OVPR Mission The OVPR serves the University of Minnesota and the public by advocating for and facilitating the research and scholarly activities of its faculty, staff, and students.In fulfillment of this mission, we provide the specific expertise, systems, and services that support the University’s goal of becoming a top three public research university.
