  2. DOL #4 • Comma: interrupter = a word or group of words that stops the flow of a complete thought. Commas need to separate the word or words. If you are not sure if a word is an interrupter, read the sentence without the word to see if the sentence is complete. Homophone: to, too, two definition of homophone = a word that has the same pronunciation as another word, but is different in spelling and meaning • Vocabulary: fickle = changeable
