  2. Susan´s train ride Susan kim is a sales manager.she is working on a big computer project in New York City. But today she has an important meeting in Washington, D.C at 3:00p.m. It is now 9:30 a.m. she is on the train. She´s sitting next to a man. “how are you this morning?” the man asks. Susan starts to answer, but the man is talking again- on and on. After an hour,the man is still talking,but now susan is sleeping. Suddnly, the train conductor is shouting, “ the next stop richmond, virgina! “what? Richmond, virginia? But that´after washington, D.C and i´m going to washington,D.Cfor a three o´clock meeting!” susan shouts.” sorry, ma´am,” says the conductor. “ the next train to washington,D.C is at three o´clock. you´re going to be very late.”
