VWM Purchasing Strategies 1 • Veolia Water offers equal opportunities to Small Business, Women-owned, Minority-owned (SWMBE’s) to participate in our purchasing process. • Veolia Water will continue to strengthen its purchases with SWMBE businesses. • Veolia Water will continue to contribute to the economic growth of our community and the State of Wisconsin. • Veolia Water is committed to exploring ways to increase SWMBE’s participation.

VWM Contractual Obligations to SWMBE Participation • Utilize the SWMBE suppliers for the purchases of goods and services such as repairs services, construction services, office supplies, safety, etc. (20%) • Small Business Enterprises (5%) • Women-Owned Enterprises (2%) • Minority-Owned Enterprises (13%) • VWM is committed to exceed our contractual obligations (30%) • Local Providers • Utilization of local providers for the purchase of goods and services of 88%.
