  1. Neighbourhood policing team I am David O’Neil and I am your Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for Leigh, Chiddingstone, Cowden, Hever, Penshurst and Fordcombe. My role as PCSO is to deal your concerns about crime and anti-social behaviour. I can also give you advice to help you protect yourself, your property and home from crime.
