  5. Why DUCEAD? CONCLUSIONS OF THE BASELINE STUDY AND SWOT ANALYSIS: THE ONLY SOLUTIONS ARE TO EDUCATE AND FACILITATE DUCEAD

  7. ACTIVITY PACKAGES • project management • coordination, monitoring and control activities, as well as proper information of PA • overall vertical and horizontal communication • use of ITC means • trilingual implementation

ACTIVITY PACKAGES • Organizing awareness raising conference at the beginning of the project with the participation of all parties involved and affected (potential direct and indirect target groups, authorities, institutions in the field of higher and further education, labour market, employment etc.)(MTESZ) Month 1! • Organizing final conference for disseminating results (MTESZ) Month 12 • Translation and interpretation of project activities (at conferences, courses, dissemination etc.) (MTESZ) Month 1-12 • Translation of questionnaires (MTESZ) Months 1-2 • Elaboration of handouts, module descriptions in 3 languages (MTESZ) (HU-RO-E) • Translation in English of module descriptions (MTESZ)Months 4-6

ACTIVITY PACKAGES • Media coverage- articles in HU and RO newspapers, radio interview and TV interview (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) Months 1-12 • Video recording of activities (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) • Taking and developing photos of activities(MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) • Correspondance (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) • TV programme – common debates between successful entrepreneurs and representatives of target groups from Hungary and Romania, 1 RO – 1 HU (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) Months 7-12

ACTIVITY PACKAGES • Organising workshops for partners, representatives of potential target groups and stakeholders (Months 1-3)- 3 occasions (1 RO, 1 HU, 1 joined in HU)- to finalise expectations and requirements for programme and curricula (MTESZ) Months 1-3 • Base-line study for fighting structural unemployment in the sector of public administration and disadvantaged young/elderly employees and unemployed people specific to the South East of Hungary and Arad County (MTESZ) Months 2-3 • Curriculum development for joint further education programme (with common subject content), reffering to a common cross-border approach of structural unemployment. Cross Border Euro-Entrepreneur course (defining objectives, methodology, skills, areas for education, subject content of modules (MTESZ, UVVG) (Months 2-3):

ACTIVITY PACKAGES • Modules: Communication&Negotiation skills; Entepreneurial Skills; Cross-Border Socio-EconomicStudies; SMEs Management; Marketing; How to Start a Business Venture?; Cross-Border BusinessLegislation; Basic Finance and Accountancy; IT&C for SMEs; Hungarian/Romanian Language for Business Purposes; • Recruiting target group for the course /10 groups for each country (12 persons/group): min. 72 - 72 persons/ (all countries) Month 3 • Implementation /delivery of Cross Border Euro-Entrepreneur course – 2 courses /1 in HU and 1 in RO/ (MTESZ+Romanian partner) Months 4-12

ACTIVITY PACKAGES • Organising regular Entrepreneurial skills and Know-How consultancy on a weekly basis both for individuals (either those who would like to start their own businesses, or for those who will want to increase their labour market competitivity, we planned 3 hours per week for individuals and groups attending.

ACTIVITY PACKAGES • Establishing institutional networks and database for cooperation in the cross border business area to provide competences and know-how for access to business opportunities and employment (highlighting cross-border differences mainly in legislation and employment) (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) Months 5-7 • Implementing and upgrading the webpage of the project to disseminate all information and results, best practices, exchange of information (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) Months 5-12 • Elaborating and upgrading a cross-border business map of organizations operating in different business domains with specified profile and contact addresses (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) Months 5-12
