Focus Group Ground Rules/Background • Anonymity: We will not collect your name or demographic information, your comments will not attributable to you. • Confidential: Everyone agrees that nothing said or heard in the room will be repeated. • Respectful: Everyone agrees to listen attentively to other participants. • Inclusive: Everyone should participate. • Varied: We will use different means to capture your ideas, including an index-card activity and a group activity. • Useful: Focus groups typically provide insights not available from other sources. They often result in significant changes.

  5. Index Card Activity On the index card, please write one word or phrase to describe the online lessons (excluding SAP). Below this word, write a number from 1 to 5 (1 = lowest; 5 = highest) to describe your satisfaction level with the online lessons (excluding SAP).

  6. Roundtable Activity Form groups of 5-6
