  2. Grant Rogers has worked in the commercial real estate field for over 25 years and has extensive experience financing, structuring, developing and owning commercial real estate.

  3. Grant Rogers also led the firm’s large loan Special Servicing business, which was responsible for resolving over $40 billion of defaulted loans.

  4. For the last 15 years, Grant Rogers has been Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Talmage, LLC (formerly known as Guggenheim Structured Real Estate).

  5. Talmage is a commercial real estate private equity firm that Grant Rogers co-founded in 2003 and with which he made well over $10 billion of real estate investments, focused on commercial real estate fixed-income/structured products, including CMBS, mezzanine debt, B-Notes and CDOs.

  6. Prior to this, Grant Rogers was a Director of Soros Fund Management LLC. From 1994 until 2001, Grant Rogers worked in the large loan securitization program at UBS AG (as successor to PaineWebber and Kidder, Peabody) where he was actively involved in the origination, negotiation, structuring, closing and distribution of commercial real estate loans.
