  2. Grant Rogers worked at UBS WARBURG / PaineWebber INC. / KIDDER, PEABODY & CO. for almost 7 years as Executive Director and Deal Manager - Commercial Real Estate Group. He started, negotiated, structured and underwrote large floating and fixed- rate loan portfolios for securitization or balance sheet while working at UBS WARBURG.

  3. Grant Rogers had worked as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Talmage, LLC (formerly known as Guggenheim Structured Real Estate), and a commercial real estate private equity firm that he co-founded in 2003.

  4. Grant Rogers handled and directed the firm’s large loan Special Servicing business, which was accountable for resolving over $40 billion of defaulted loans.

  5. Grant Rogers managed all phases of CMBS securitization, including loan origination and negotiation, sizing, underwriting and due diligence, rating of bonds, preparation of bond prospectuses and SEC registration documents, and marketing of securities, including "B" pieces.

  6. Grant Rogers is helping the industry for the last 15 years. He holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and is a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS (honors) in finance.
