FLAVIUS Needs and goals • Need • Most websites are not multilingual or translated only into English • Solutions to translate a webpage “on the fly” exist but indexation is key • Translating high volumes is not economically viable • Answer • Generate multilingual versions of a website and publish it • FLAVIUS platform will ensure that : • Content is indexed, thus accessible • Less-covered languages (Swedish, Romanian or Polish) are considered. • Evenhigh-volume translations are cost-effective. • FLAVIUS will strengthen partners respective products and collaboration Flavius Kick-Off, Neuilly, June 7th and 8th
