  3. New for AttendeesStreamlined User Experience Client automatically upgrades to the latest version when attendee joins a meeting. Participants see tool bars relevant to their permissions and to the content being shared. Help and how-to in the meeting environment.

  4. New for AttendeesClient Panes and Content Viewing • Click a menu item, and drag the title bar to float the pane. • In full-screen view, only the content pane is displayed. Meeting Attendees control how they view meeting content and client panes.

  5. New for AttendeesFeedback Presenter’s Feedback From the Feedback menu in the upper right corner of the Meeting Client, click the appropriate option from the Feedback to Presenterlist.

  6. New for Attendees? Q&A and Raise Your Hand Use theQ&Amenu to submit questions. To ask a question, type question in the Q&A text box, and then click Ask. Alternately, click the Raise your handicon. The Presenter will initiate 1:1 chat.

  9. New for AttendeesPersonal Recordings – PC or LM Service If enabled, personal recordings can be saved on a Live Meeting server (To LM Service) by the Presenter or on the Presenter or Attendee’s local computer (PC). No special hardware needed to create personal recordings.

Integrated audio controls (available 1Q08) will allow participants to join the audio conference through “click to conference” functionality, which allows the system to call them on their personal telephone and places them directly into the conference. Additional audio controls such as mute, unmute, mute all, lock conference, and remove from meeting will all be available through the Live Meeting interface.

Meetings and Recordings have their own distinct expiration settings. Items in Storage will be permanently deleted after expiration and cannot be recovered. Restoration of Deleted Meetings or Recordings Delete meetings and recordings for the entire account. Restore deleted or expired meetings and recordings within 90 days.
