2. People Capability StreamOverview (1) • 1. At IAQG Level, the People Capability Stream is made of 2 branches: • People Competencies (PC) • Human Factors (HF)Human Factors (HF) • 2. In each branch, we have “Council approved” Initiatives going on: • “Competencies Management Process” led by John Monks, expected to deliver a “Generic Competencies Management Process” plus 2 pilots intended to validate this Generic Process • “Dictionary of Terms” led by Hans-Georg Schrader, expected to deliver this dictionary step by step, over a long period of time. • “HF assessment questionnaires” led by Hans- Georg Schrader , expected to deliver a pilot questionnaire for self assessment on “Safety Culture”.

The IAQG Strategy WG, along its meetings, is requesting our PC Stream to take into account new issues have not yet, the Phase 0 status: • A future initiative on “Trainers and Training Organisations Endorsement and Oversight”, which should be addressed in due time for its use in the “Supply Chain and Product Realisation” Stream • A future initiative on “Programme Management”, considered as Chapter 10 of the Sully Chain Management Handbook, could also be allocated to our PC Stream.
