  1. Importance of CBSE Education

  2. Introduction • The main objectives of the CBSE High Schools in Tirupur were those of: serving the educational institutions more effectively and to be responsive to the educational needs of those students whose parents were employed in the Central Government services and had frequently transferable jobs across the country.

  3. History of CBSE in Education • The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) was formed officially in 1962 with the sole purpose to make a common standard and platform for every student in the country. • From only 302 affiliated schools in 1962 CBSE is today affiliated with a whooping 18000+ schools in the country. • CBSE in all these years has set a good standard of education in India. With its influential educational policies, CBSE has reformed the education system of the country.

CBSE Importance in Indian Education • CBSE is one of the most preferred boards in the country and the reasons are many. • CBSE is behind maintaining uniformity among all the students across India. • It's effectiveness is reflected on the number of schools affiliating with it each year. It covers basic and general knowledge required for a child to move forward in terms of education. • Not only have they introduced All India Board exam for Std 10th and 12th.

  5. The CBSE was set up to achieve certain interlinked objectives • To prescribe conditions of examinations and conduct public examination at the end of Class X and XII . To grant qualifying certificates to successful candidates of the affiliated schools. • To fulfill the educational requirements of those students whose parents were employed in transferable jobs. • To prescribe and update the course of instructions of examinations • To affiliate institutions for the purpose of examination and uplifting of the academic standards of the country.

Conclusion • Innovations in teaching-learning methodologies by devising students friendly and students centered paradigms. • Reforms in examinations and evaluation practices. • Regularly updating the pedagogical skills of the teachers and Students by CBSE Affiliated School List in Tirupur,Skills learning by adding job-oriented and job-linked inputs.
