BAMEX Operational Planning Meeting - Project Status and Strategy Review

This meeting aims to bring everyone up to speed on the project facilities and objectives, review and discuss the operations strategy, and fill in the gaps in the Operations Plan draft. The meeting will also include updates on aircraft, forecasting, GBOS, operations center, and communications. Breakout sessions will be held to discuss specific sections of the Ops Plan.
