You have heard that it was said, “You shall love your neighbour and hate your enemy...” (Mt 5,43). “...but I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you” (Mt 5,44). For if you love those who love you, what recompense will you have? Do not the pagans do the same? (Mt 5,46).

  1. You have heard that it was said, “You shall love your neighbour and hate your enemy...” (Mt 5,43) “...but I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you” (Mt 5,44)

  2. For if you love those who love you, what recompense will you have? Do not the pagans do the same? (Mt 5,46)

  3. When we were children and were fighting during the games, or when someone makes something wrong against us, we run immediately to our mother... ...and she knows what to do to put everything again in order!

  4. Let us continue to apply to our holy Mother and say to her: “Hail Mary...”

  5. ... think about how this prayer is ending “pray for us sinners...” In this way all people are included in this prayer: the people for whom we are praying and also myself that is praying.

  6. Everyday we meet people that can not agree with us... ... people who bring to us some upset... ... people who are particularly disagreeable... ... and the list could continue...

  7. Today at work it was particularly difficult to relate with that colleague... And so... Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

  8. Today that person made all his/her effort to make me lose my patience... Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

  9. Today that person was particularly “pungent e acidic” in my regard... Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

  10. I don’t know why, but today that person started to speak badly of me... Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen
