  2. This demonstration is designed to highlight the main features of the Condo Magic program. Much of the demo is timed and will advance through on it’s own. If you miss something you can always click the back arrow and replay it again. The last frame of each section will remain so that you may examine it in further detail. When the following icons are showing they will allow you to move around the demo as shown below. To go back To exit the demo Return to main menu To go forward

Screen 1: Owners on site information & current balances • Screen 2: Owners away information & special needs • Screen 3: Maintenance charges, payments & balances • Screen 4: Late charges, payments & balances • Screen 5: Miscellaneous charges, payments & balances • Screen 6 & 7: Special assessment charges, payments & balances • Screen 8: Owners monthly ending balances & totals

  10. Unit ID (Accepts any character combination)

  12. Directs mail to either local or off site address

  13. Identify a lien hold

  14. Identify a board member (mailings & sign-in sheet)

  15. Emergency contact name & phone number

  16. General notes on each owner

  17. Identify any special owner needs

  18. This screen is for maintenance fees only

  19. This section displays charge dates & amounts

  20. This section displays payment dates & amounts

  21. Balance carried forward from last year

  22. Current balance due also displayed on screen 1

  23. Late charges post automatically

  24. Miscellaneous charges enter manually or automatically

  25. Special assessments will be set up for all owners automatically

  26. This screen is for multiple special assessments

  27. Shows on screen aging for each category

  28. Example I: Entering payments using unit ID Example II: Entering payments using last name Example III: Entering miscellaneous charge payments

  31. System defaults installment amounts

  32. System displays current balances due

  33. Is payment correct? We answer Yes

  34. Current date will default if omitted

  35. Transaction is complete and ready to record

  36. Entering Payments by Using Last Name Search

  37. If Unit ID is not known, enter a partial name

  38. Select correct owner from alphabetical list

  39. System defaults installment amounts

  40. System displays current balances due

  41. Is payment correct? We answer Yes
