  4. CHARACTER SIZES TO BE USED • SLIDE’S TITLE: ARIAL CAPITAL 28 • List Titles: Arial small 24 • Sentences, comments, definitions: Arial small 20 • Secondary information, e.g. references: Arial small 18

  5. PRESENTATION CHARACTERISTICS (1/2) • Slide’s title is mandatory in each slide, in capital letters • Avoid long and complex text • Each slide should serve for approximately 1 minute of oral presentation

  6. PRESENTATION CHARACTERISTICS (2/2) • Avoid underlining • Avoid italics • Avoid not necessary repetitions • Avoid fading or other animations • Avoid using capital letters only
